Terms & Conditions
1. After receiving an email confirmation for your event, a check list will be sent to you 7 days or prior to your check in date with all the details / commercials mentioned in it. Post your approval and signature on the check list, no changes / amendments will be entertained.
2. Audio visual equipment has to be hired from the resort only.(Audio visual list is attached).
3. Venue charges would be applicable for additional space if required (Lawns or conference / banquet halls).
4. If you bring your own event management company then Royalty Charges will be applicable.
5. If you bring your own entertainment (DJ / Gazal / Orchestra, etc.) administrative charges will be applicable.
6. Name tags if required will be charged at Rs. 15/- + 18% GST per name tag.
7. The guest is liable for any damage caused to The Lagoona Resort’s property or equipment by the clients or the client’s guests attending the event. Any damage caused to chair covers and table cloths will be billed to the coordinator’s / company account. Any damage caused to the conference room whilst putting up banners, posters or stage will be billed to the coordinator’s / company account.
8. Cut off time for music is 10 pm.
9. Closing time for Bar is 11 pm.
10. Cut off time for Dinner is 11 pm.
11. Room numbers are allotted on arrival.
12. Charges for early check in or late checkout would be applicable if taken without prior confirmation and is subject to availability of rooms.
13. Apart from the package, if any extras are consumed by the room guest from mini bar or any other outlet, then the same will be charged and collected from that guest before check out.
14. We do not have driver accommodation. Accommodation for drivers may be provided at an additional cost at a nearby sanatorium and will be subject to availability.
15. For usage of swimming pool, swimming costume is mandatory. The hotel does not provide any swimming costumes.
16. Smoking is prohibited in common areas.
17. The wi-fi facility is an added service and it is subject to access and compatibility of the device used for. The wi-fi speed and connectivity is subject to service of service provider and it is not mandatory obligation for the hotel to provide this facility.
18. In case if the guest is not available in the hotel premise, the management reserves the right to pack and remove the guest luggage from the room, post check-out time and store it in security locker.
